This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use www.viewturbo.com (the "Website") and the ViewTurbo VPN applications (the "Apps"), operated by VIEWTURBO PTE. LTD. The sections below describe our Website practices and the additional practices specific to the Apps.
ViewTurbo VPN Applications
Account, device, and purchase information
The Apps and our service process your email address, account identifier, authentication credentials, device and app version information, connection IP address, and membership status to create and secure your account and provide the VPN service. We record service usage totals, including traffic volume, to operate the service and manage usage limits. Settings such as per-app routing and domain rules are used to configure your connection.
When you make an in-app purchase, Apple or Google processes the payment. We process purchase receipts or tokens, product identifiers, order information, and account-linked purchase history to verify payment and grant the purchased membership. Google Play purchases use a hashed account identifier to associate the purchase with your ViewTurbo account. We do not receive your full payment card number from these stores.
VPN traffic
When you choose to connect, ViewTurbo uses the device VPN service to route the traffic selected by your routing settings through a remote VPN endpoint. Traffic sent through the VPN tunnel is encrypted between your device and that endpoint. The endpoint processes network destinations and packets as needed to forward your connection. We do not save logs of websites visited or destination addresses. Aggregate traffic totals and account or connection information are separate from website browsing logs.
Per-app routing uses the locally installed app list on Android so you can select which apps use the VPN; this list is used on your device for routing configuration. The Apps do not use advertising IDs or include third-party advertising.
Service providers and international processing
Our hosting and network providers process information needed to operate the service. Apple and Google process payments and store-related information under their own privacy policies. Your selected VPN endpoint and service infrastructure may be located outside your country. Information is used for service delivery, account management, security, purchase verification, and support, rather than advertising. We do not sell personal information.
Account deletion and retention
You can request deletion from the account controls in the App or at Delete your ViewTurbo account. You can also contact [email protected] if you cannot access your account. Deletion is permanent once completed. If a recovery period applies, the service shows the scheduled deletion date; signing in during that period can cancel the request. The current account deletion workflow uses a seven-day recovery period.
Account data and associated service records are removed through the deletion workflow. Payment stores retain their own transaction records under their own policies. Backups and infrastructure records may persist until their normal rotation or removal; information required for legal obligations, security, or resolving a dispute may be retained for those purposes. Age eligibility
ViewTurbo is intended for people aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and remove it.
